Product Update

More AI engines covered, faster audit setup, and a clearer picture of what AI is citing

This month is about coverage and speed - seeing further into where AI search actually happens, and setting an audit up faster.

AI Visibility now covers Copilot and Google's AI answers too

Our AI Visibility check now scores a business across Copilot and Google's AI Overview and AI Mode too, on top of ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok - same four pillars, same unified score, just a wider net.

The new Copilot, Google AI Mode, and Google AI Overview platform tabs

Google's AI Overview sits directly on top of the results your clients already obsess over, so a business can rank well the traditional way and still be invisible in the AI answer above it; Copilot carries the same risk through its deep integration into Windows and Microsoft 365. More engines covered means fewer blind spots in the pitch.

Check any business's AI Visibility tab - Copilot and Google's AI answers are already factored into the score.

Build an audit from ready-made template bundles

Audit Templates now sit inside Audit Designer's Audit tab as ready-made bundles of sections and checks - AI Visibility, Local SEO, Reviews & Reputation, Website Health, and Conversion & Lead Generation - instead of building an audit check-by-check every time. Select just one for a focused audit, or combine several: a live preview shows exactly which sections and checks you're about to add before you apply them.

Choosing an audit template - start from a pre-built AI Visibility, Local SEO, Reviews & Reputation, Website Health, or Conversion & Lead Generation bundle, with the option to combine several

A client rarely needs every check in the book - a reputation pitch calls for Reviews & Reputation, a technical clean-up calls for Website Health, and plenty of audits need two or three bundles together. Templates make that a few clicks instead of rebuilding the same check list each time; manual drag-and-drop is still there for anything they don't cover.

Open Audit Designer, go to the Audit tab, and start from a template.

Citation Sources gets a much clearer visual breakdown

Citation Sources - which sites an AI platform is actually pulling from when it answers questions about a business - is now a proper visual breakdown: a donut chart of every source cited, split by type (Reviews, Competitor, Social, Your website, Directory, and more) and by individual domain, right down to which specific platform cited it.

The Citation Sources breakdown, split by source type across every platform

Filter down to a single platform - ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, or Google's AI Overview and AI Mode - to see exactly what that one engine is drawing on. Seeing it broken out by type makes the pattern worth acting on - like a competitor outweighing the business's own site - much easier to spot.

Open any AI Visibility audit and scroll to Citation Sources to see the new breakdown.
