Got questions? We've got answers

What does the free plan give me?

We let you test spelling and broken links for as many websites as you like, limited to 20 pages per website. We also let you look at comprehensive reports that we've run on other websites. If you need a bigger demo, contact us.

How can I pay?

We accept payment by all major credit cards, including Mastercard and Visa. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice, subject to approval.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel at any time from inside your Insites account. Or you can send us an email at support@silktide.com and we'll get you sorted.

Why should I use Insites?

Insites automates a massive range of checks that would otherwise take an extraordinary amount of time and expertise to perform. For example, Insites can check whether every page of your website is laid out correctly on mobile phones - a task that could take a person hours or even days. Insites frees up your attention to focus on improving your websites.

What tests are included?

All accounts include a large list of tests, which are constantly being expanded and improved. You can see the latest list of tests here.

How does Insites compare with Sitebeam?

Insites is the next generation of Sitebeam's technology, and will be replacing it completely later in 2017. The main differences are:

  • Sitebeam tests websites once, Insites monitors websites regularly
  • Insites is vastly more visual: issues are show on webpages, instead of described
  • Insites tests in real web browsers. This means it can test JavaScript, layouts and more
