Junior Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for many of our amazing customers.
Your role will be to ensure they get maximum value from Insites, feel supported, and stay for the long haul. You’ll manage onboarding, training, and engagement, helping smaller accounts directly and supporting the wider team with bigger customers.
