The role

We’re looking for a US Sales Director to take the reins on our go-to-market strategy and win deals with agencies across the States.


You’ll close mid-market and enterprise clients yourself while building the sales engine that scales. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in early-stage chaos, knows how to get to revenue fast, and wants to grow into a leadership position.


We’re growing fast - 29 U.S. agencies already on board, deals from $15k to $100k+. We grew 40% last year. With your help, we’ll do it again (and then some).

Your mission

  • Own the full sales cycle for US customers - from prospecting to closing
  • Build outbound strategies targeting local SEO and digital marketing providers
  • Manage inbound leads and move them through the funnel quickly and efficiently
  • Set up and maintain CRM workflows, reporting, and forecasting (Hubspot)
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with pipeline goals
  • Share insights with product and leadership to help shape the roadmap and GTM
  • Develop playbooks, email sequences, and demo scripts to scale repeatability
  • Define hiring needs and team structure as we grow

What we're looking for

  • 3-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (ideally selling to agency or reseller channels, not just general B2B SaaS)
  • Track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals with medium to long sales cycles
  • Strong outbound prospecting chops and ability to build your own pipeline
  • Process-driven mindset - you've set up or improved a CRM, playbook, or sales ops before
  • Self-starter attitude - you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Able to work US time zones

The following would be a bonus:

  • U.S. based candidates strongly preferred, but we’re open to UK-based candidates with U.S. hours flexibility
  • Established network of agencies / digital marketing providers
  • Selling into the SEO, digital marketing or Local SEO space
  • Worked in a startup or "founding sales" role before
  • Evidence of building a sales culture
