A new way to get around, and a new way to see what matters

This month is about moving around the platform faster, and getting sharper answers once you're there - including a new answer to the question every prospect is starting to ask: "do we even show up in AI search?"

A new home for getting around

The old navigation lived behind a profile icon dropdown - easy to forget it was there. We've replaced it with a persistent side panel, with Business Search, Your Audits, Audit Designer, Lead Generation, Batch Analysis, and more organised into clear groups instead of one long list.

Valuable tools like Audit Designer were going unused simply because they were buried; now the full depth of the platform is a glance and a click away, and the panel collapses to icons whenever you want the screen space back.

Audits now open on an Overview tab - a live dashboard that pulls the headline result from your most important tabs - Local Grid, Competitors, Recommended Products, AI Visibility, and more - into at-a-glance module cards, plus a "Where to focus" section that ranks the highest-impact fixes.

Sales and account teams used to click through every tab in turn before a pitch, piecing a story together by hand; now it's assembled for you, in priority order, and "Where to focus" recommendations can be sent straight to a prospect by email as a conversation starter.
