What can I expect?

Trial, test, and feedback

When you become a part of Insites Labs, you'll be invited to give feedback on new features and the Insites platform.

Depending on the size of the beta test, you could be invited to participate in anything from a short survey to a long-term testing period where you'll be interviewed based on your experience of the platform or new feature.

What's in it for me?

Early access and incentives

Being a part of Insites Labs gives you full access to our new features before they're live. This means you'll get things like Local Grid and Keyword Planner months before they officially launch.

As a thank you for your time on longer projects, we'll be offering exclusive incentives.

How does it work?

We'll be in touch

After you join Insites Labs, you'll be added to the community mailing list. We'll be in touch every month with updates from our product team about upcoming features.

When we're ready to launch a beta testing period for our next feature or product, you'll get an invite inviting you to join, which will detail:

• What we're testing
• What we're looking to achieve from the test
• What's required from you, and how long it will run for
• Incentives (where applicable)

How can I get involved?

Whether you respond to the email directly or tell your Customer Support point of contact that you'd like to join the upcoming beta test, we'll add you to the testing cohort and set you up with an onboarding (if a longer project) or send you the details of how to get involved (if a shorter project.)
