Save time with competitor suggestions

Silktide Prospect now automatically suggests local rivals for the competitor dashboard.

A great feature of Silktide Prospect is the ability to compare a business side-by-side with their local competitors. It’s a great way of helping them understand why they need to up their game.

Before now, adding a competitor required the sales rep to manually search for local rivals – an unnecessarily time consuming and laborious process.

From today, you’ll be able to enable our new competitor suggestions feature, which automatically finds a selection of local rivals to add to the report.

Adding a competitor from suggestion is as easy as hitting “+ add now”. If the suggestion isn’t quite right, just select “Get another suggestion” and we’ll find another. If you still don’t like the suggestions, you can still add a competitor the old way by hitting the “+ add competitors by search” which brings up our regular business search.
