The holiday season is a great time for reflection and looking back on how far you’ve come and appreciating all you’ve achieved throughout the year. It’s been an exciting year for Insites as we’ve officially become a standalone company, hired some new faces and added lots of exciting features to the platform and more!

At the beginning of 2022, we had been operating under the brand name Insites while still a part of Silktide Ltd., but now we have registered as a separate company Insites Technologies Ltd.We still have the same owner, but separating the two companies legally and operationally allows us to better focus on our core business of helping digital agencies, telcos, newspapers, and local search companies sell digital solutions more effectively. The target customer for the Insites suite of products has evolved away from the core market of Silktide, so it is natural that the companies pursue those different markets as stand-alone companies. Thank you to all our partners for your continued support throughout the separation!

According to our release log, the dev team have implemented over 70 new features and tests this year and to list them all would keep you here until Christmas. 😅

This improvement was born of a need to ensure that our partners and customers were getting the fastest and most accurate analysis through the platform, possible. The result is the new spidering approach we call “Speedy Mite.”
We updated the look of our report history and what data features on it, so you’re able to pull up all of the historic changes and activity all in one go!
3 new people joined the Insites team in 2022!Luke who is our UX Designer, Sharlotte joined as an Account Manager and Mike came on board as our new Developer.
We’ve been out and about quite a lot this year, firstly attending the SIINDA Live events in Mallorca and Florence, where we won the SIINDA Marketing and Innovation award: Attribution and analytics for our QA Builder and our CEO Andrew Waite gave a presentation with Katie Curd from Yell, on “Customer life cycle management and digital health.”
As a team, we had some brilliant days out this year including rock climbing, a local ghost walk, a panto and even Crystal Maze – Andrew finally lived out his childhood dream!
2022 has seen Insites grow from strength to strength and although we have a great team working hard behind the scenes, we couldn’t have done it without all of our amazing partners!So we want to extend our gratitude and send a massive thank you to all of our partners and customers for your continued business, support, feedback and amazing reviews.
